Guys, need a confirmation before buying things for my parents house.

Currently I'm using i150 on phone, so I was thinking to order the extra line feature (add another rm10 to my bill) then insert the sub sim into B618 router.

But last time, friend told me it can't be done specifically for i150 plan, other plans only can.

So my question is, is it true?
