I am trying to convert DiGi Best Prepaid V1 to Infinite 100 via the online website (refer attached) However key in the correct TAC, then it says "Sorry, we are unable to process your request. Kindly walk-in to the nearest Digi Store/Digi Store Express to change your plan."
Back in May there are forumers managed to convert, not sure whats wrong with mine Anyone recently just convert their prepaid to infinite?
