Hi guys, sorry if this has been asked before, will external antennas help with speed improvement for huawei modem? Particularly the unlocked b310 model?

I am currently testing digi connection with prepaid sim, interested in the infinite 150. The most i can get is about 17mbps

I would, but got no budget for it, can only afford the b310 😅

Sorry if this has been asked before, is there any speed difference between prepaid and infinite plans? Currently testing my area with prepaid and speeds have been inconsistent.

Hard to say, because its quite inconsistent. Max I can get is 20+-mbps and about 10-15mbps upload. But a minute after that can only get below 10mbps. Upload speed will be higher.

Like today I tested, 10am =21mbps, 11am =6mbps, 2pm=17mbps, 3pm=3.7mbps, 6pm=18.7mbps

Hmm... yeah, I dunno if I’m ok with the speed fluctuations tho Currently using Celcom Home Wireless with only 150gb quota, so scouring around for alternative plans, not enough for family and I. Celcom signal is the strongest here that’s why went for that, Digi seems unstable from what I tested, haven’t tried maxis yet... anyway will test further, thanks
