QUOTE(dark_axl21 @ Oct 30 2021, 08:31 AM) Yeah. Made two reports over the week. And they are just trying their best to rectify the issue. Won't even give me a rebate for all the downtime and turmoil it has caused me. Rather dependant on the i150 as it is fibre alternative for me. Same like you I had disagreement with tm I rage quit their shitty streamyx last year now got unifi fiber I don't wish to re join. I am using i150 as my main home network and prepaid unlimited daily rm1 cap 3mb as my main phone line.

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Nov 15 2021, 07:59 AM) I request reset also not reset after a day. But actually after router restart the speed is back to normal. Still show 999 GB / Unlimited at my account but no speed cap. I am wondering did the website quota reset to zero last time? I never checked my but I did ask for reset twice so far this year due to slow speed but my quota erm never did reach 999. Usually I hit half of that. Eg atm I am at 236GB. My issue is more of digi oversubscribed/overused than quota issue with my speed.

QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Nov 16 2021, 01:58 PM) Normally on last time, they not reset for you if you not hit 1000 GB. This time it is stopping at 999 GB and no movement and they do reset for me but just I cannot know from website as website no reset, but speed test, streaming test and download test showing it is reset. Well they reset for me the two times I complain on live chat about extreme slow speed. But I never exceed 700gb each month at max usually 400-600gb. They even helpfully tells me I not reached cap but willing to try reset see if it helps. Nevertheless reset doesn't help my issue which is my area too many digi of users lol. For Speedtest I don't recommend you try at Speedtest.net it's not accurate for digi. I have 2 lines 1 infinite 150 another is daily rm1 unlimited cap at 3mb. Speed test both at that site will give nearly same result of 12-40mb. When in reality the prepaid line doesn't go over 3mb. Fast.com or even speedtest.tm.com.my speed test shows that accurately unlike Speedtest.net Here let me show you. Both test done on same phone same prepaid sim card. Nowadays Digi just using same answer? Look at both reply identical. Top one was last week bottom was today. Last week says Sept today says end of month. No investigation cases closed within an hr. Anyone using router with the i150 line? Any speed difference between your phone and router? I am using Huawei B818 there is now significant speed difference. Last year both on phone and on router I am getting maybe under 20mb speed. Now router I am getting 12mb-17mb speed but on phone next to the router I am getting 35mb-45mb Edit: I tried ask live chat if they cap my router speed. Live chat keep insist I wait next month to ask them anything since their network staff resolve/close my report case. This post has been edited by KopiChia: Jun 25 2022, 08:23 PM

QUOTE(lambox105 @ Jun 26 2022, 07:41 AM) Nowadays dont buta buta say you use on router Just say use phone A can get C speed Use phone B can get D speed I thought B818 is 'weaker' compared to B618? Try downloading test files and monitor the download speed Actually I said I return home I put my sim on my router at night it's tethering right. Our package should be unlimited that. B818 is newer than b618 however even thought suppose to be not as good it should be able to way higher than 12-20mb speed. Youtube got show locals get get 150+mb using it.

So I am guessing since our plans are outdated we won't be able to access 5G? https://help.digi.com.my/en/support/solutio...w-about-digi-5gThis post has been edited by KopiChia: Nov 8 2022, 06:15 PM
