Average speed around 90 to 100 and so far until now still always in 4G+ signal 100%.

I am very satisfied with it so far.

Give it a day before it get reset. Check again tomorrow.

They only limit you once reach 1TB.

Probably your site really have some issue and need maintenance carry on.

In the 4th time, DiGi will send you fair usage reminder. I never try the 5th time before, no idea what will happen.

Basically you can request 3 times without receiving such reminder.

In this case, I assume maximum quota is 5 TB.

The reset take sometimes not immediate. Roughly around 1 to 2 hours after request via Chat with Live Agent.

I request reset also not reset after a day. But actually after router restart the speed is back to normal.

Still show 999 GB / Unlimited at my account but no speed cap. smile.gif

All is back to normal. Before request quota reset, it is cap same as last time 1.78mbps when download. Now all back to normal just the website did not show reset to 0.
Bill from which date of month probably is depends you register cycle I believe, I always in 1st of the month.

The website still appear as 999 GB and not reset to 0.

Normally on last time, they not reset for you if you not hit 1000 GB. This time it is stopping at 999 GB and no movement and they do reset for me but just I cannot know from website as website no reset, but speed test, streaming test and download test showing it is reset.

Fast.com or even speedtest.tm.com.my speed test shows that accurately unlike Speedtest.net

Here let me show you. Both test done on same phone same prepaid sim card.

My download speed is back to around 7 ~ 14 Mbps. It is back to normal. During cap, my download speed always around 1.78 Mbps only.

Speedtest.net is just a guide. No need very accurate, as long I know it is back to normal then it is fine. 😊

I did not face no Internet after 999GB. Just usual speed cap only. Anyway it is back to normal already after quota reset request.

But they show balance now, last time never show like that, wonder it is ready solved or not.

After my quota reach I will know.

Last month my quota is reset but after like a week, it is back to slow speed when download but no impact when streaming, so I lazy ask to reset again since it is soon auto reset.

I will wait until my quota full again and see whether they are reset or not.
