anyone went for the private placement? any T&C (such as cannot sell within a period of time) subscribing to the private placement? Just want to learn.

no. years ago my friend told me those private placement requires a big lump of money to buy a big amount of shares. he's secretive this time, so I wandered here. Trying to learn how it's done. If there's no T&C that forbids them from selling instantly, instant big fat profit man, aka how the rich gets richer.

Just read that it was privatized at around 700m back then and relisting at 4b now. Man, this is good business.
