I wanted the Talkband and the drone so kinda remedy the regret not getting RM400 discount. The only regret I have is arriving at 7am and get everything done 1.30pm..

For me, the Talkband and wireless charger worth more than RM500 discount. The drone is the icing on the cake to compensate the tiredness from queing

Senheng ss2 called me to collect , their dispatch lorry just delivered there. But no wireless charger only the smartwatch ATM , so have to come back to reclaim the freebies when it's available. =.=

Order through Lazada flagship store.. I was first 50 customer to get Band and wireless charging. ETA 26th October.

Yesterday and today I keep asking for tracking number.

12pm today they replied no tracking number.
1pm they call and say sorry, your phone cannot only be delivered on 31st October.

I say I need the phone by today. I can collect from Huawei store. Free gift I can collect later. He say can't.

So, what's this ? Cheating? Take our money and then sell to the others first. What's the purpose of pre-order then?

Queuing here since 8+am til now not get yet. Crazy man... The management manage nt good enough... So tired.. Stated gt 10 counter but still slow.....

Sorry to say xs max is no where as good as m20pro. For its price, m20pro has got to be phone of the year.

My pre-order can get free band and wireless charging.
Buying outside can't. And I can't get it on time now.

Canceling like this benefits them. Imagine every company do this to you when you buy the phone.

The management in pavilion is dam sohai. 10 counter 5 for payment 5 for free gift? all without pc or barcode scanner. Everything done manually. Copy imei copy ic copy cc number and check thru the long list of paper. After that need to queue again for the free gift. Shit luckily managed to pull thru and get all 3 free gift.

Just called up Huawei Experience Store by Urban Republic at Queensbay mall and was told by one of stuff that the pre-order must b collected on/before 31-Oct, if not the free gifts, talkband B5 and wireless charger will be forfeited. There is no such clause in the T&C's Tri-E pre-order website, only must collect before 31-Dec else deposit/payment forfeited.

Anyone here not collecting your pre-order before 31-Oct?

Oh ya. You need to show IC. Otherwise this idea can work. I can just ask Lazada to change delivery address to you.

Their pre-order is such a failure. Really useless management.
