May I know how do I access this. I don't have the second option on my mate 20x. Using dual sim. Only has the first option

I am using Maxis & Unifi Mobile. I don't have that 2nd option. However can get 4G+ from Maxis on certain area.

Thats weird. Just like how u access the first option. Settings>Wireless & Network>Mobile network>More.
Or mayb like wat u said bcoz u using dual sim.So mayb the option not available? Im using single sim only

I went to Singapore for 1 week and the phone automatically downloaded a custom version firmware namely MONE.SG 9.0.0.10 (LT)
I believed that was custom for Singapore users only. I am now back in Malaysia and the firmware downloaded still there and keep prompted me restart to install every morning. How to get rid of it?

While maxis u can get if there is band 1 enabled at ur area.

Seem like mate 20 does not get any favor. Thought of getting one for my second phone. Interested in pro too but seem they have problem on the screen. Is mate 20 good to go?

The screen issues are mostly being rectified. The new batches doesn't seem to receive a lot of complaints. Maybe you can try your luck.

So far, I'm a happy user of m20p after exchanging to a new unit. Loving the battery, fluidity and the swap navigations

they really need to tone down the saturation/contrast in Master Ai mode altho its a good function.
glad they adjust this. my fav is aperture mode / pro mode. so much you can do with this phone camera.
the last thing i need is to zoom in/out while capturing pic (shutter mode) to create light trail
