well..if the car is old the metal is not that good like it was first out right..so mayb if her car is 5 months old then the pessager side wreck and folowing by her side drop on her or smtg..who noes...nowadays the metal of the car is getting lighter....try to compare a new myvi n a new kelisa.....try use ur hand to push the front left/right quarter panel..see which one laobeh...

lighter doesnt means metal will "wear and tear" or dioxide faster...
lighter only prove tat the metal was not strong...

if ur quote is correct, i think dont have any 5 years old kancil on the road now...

front left/right quarter panel are soft is bcos it designed most for crumple zone...

if u saw a thread which honda city banged the peugoet car... u can see how worst is the honda city was... and the honda city only "few minutes" old...

my point on my post is "few minutes" cars doesnt means stronger than "few days" cars since u said 5months car was not strong...

try to imagine "few minutes" kancil and bang together with "few decade" merz...

otherwise u means the car will get lighter when time passed?

few minute kancil bang wif few decade merz...i dare to say that kancil hancur ka lioa...lol.....dpends on whihc part kena , coz one my fren kena the side of his kancil and guess wat his whole car gone juz like that ....margat chao.....huhu...his kancil quite old so most of the part droped /wrecked....

Though im not a Proton LOVER but Proton BASHER, if the black myvi were replaced by Savvy it won't happen like this for sure

Actually, that road is really unsafe lo... There is a part where the road suddenly narrows down one. Due to the narrowing of the road, they (the officials) have to redraw the lines on the road. BUT THEY DID NOT REMOVE THE OLD LINES causing confusion among drivers. I'm a regular driver there and there are a few times, the other drivers followed the OLD LINES and nearly cause an accident there.

i doubt a benz or bmw or whatever would've done much good. i've seen S-class Mercedes cars sliced in half crosswise and lengthwise after colliding at speed with trees. doesn't need to be a big tree, even one about 20cm in diameter will do if you're going fast enough.

speed kills, no two ways about it. doesn't matter if you're in a proton or a benz or whatever.

i like to speed once in a while, this sort of thing really makes one reconsider life's priorities. is it really worth risking this to get to a destination 5-10 minutes or even 30-60 mins faster?

Well, the survival rate of getting banged in a Benz is definitely better than in a Kancil. .. in a normal accident. Let's not talk about trees

I don't understand why people say, "if you're going to die, you're going to die". It's like seatbelts, airbags, SIPS, EBD, ABS, etc, all are useless. Maybe those people are Christians/Islams becos to them everything is decided by God.

An interesting observation: most people who speed are the ones who mod their cars the most. Isn't it strange that after modding the car into something you like best, you still have the urge to rush to your destination as fast as possible? It's like the driver can't stand being in the car...

just my 2 cents... no speeding at cyberjaya road..... it's all fatal accidents.. i'm here for more than 6 years.... this stretch really have bad design, i suggest they put more bump.....
