Yes, some already complain of chipping and scratches on the side bezels.
HK and China sets share the same network bands. T&L pick HK set because in HK, gadgets are tax free and hence cheaper. Charger is 3 pin like ours vs China's 2 pin.

It's basically just the same as the apple malaysia store version.

Skill a little bit skeptical though. Been told it is not covered by apple malaysia even though they said it is covered by apple malaysia.

And apple warranty is not for accidental damage  and only 1 year right. So I do not think that the warranty is that important though

No, not true. Was in Beijing earlier in the year. No issues with FaceTime or iMessage.

Hahaha, if I do sell, it’s because I’m probably regretting now that I didn’t pick a 256GB instead (so it can last a couple of years longer for my wife later on). Then again, looking at what the HK sets cost now, I think I got mine at a steal

I would say the battery life is quite good for me. I can get 7 hours screen time from full charge to around 10%
