QUOTE(Addword @ Oct 19 2018, 03:48 PM) If i choose zerolution premium and maxis one 158, i pay rm158/month for the plan and rm190/month for the phone? total rm348/month? You will be paying (158 + 190 + 10 ) + 6% = 379.48 for 24months.edited: looking at iphoneXS max 64gb Can consider zerolution 360 if you plan to use Maxis all the time and change latest iphone every year. |

QUOTE(pokgaizai @ Oct 19 2018, 04:39 PM) Yes, if decide to terminate plan will need to return the device on zero360. Since Zerolution 360 introduced they had ceased annual upgrade plan on the Zerolution. so you only can upgrade once every 2 years? if wanna do yearly then need to terminate plan and kena early termination fees? |

So, I managed to call 123 - they say that even if you have place a pre order, someone will call you to confirm your selection. If I needed to change from monthly to upfront payment, I can do so at that time.. niceee!

QUOTE(dikae @ Oct 19 2018, 04:42 PM) so you only can upgrade once every 2 years? if wanna do yearly then need to terminate plan and kena early termination fees? How often can I upgrade my device with Zerolution360?You can upgrade your device any time after you have made 12 bill payments (from month 13 onwards). Once you upgrade your device, your commitment will restart with the new device that you have selected. To be eligible for an upgrade, your device needs to be in a good working condition (to be graded by Maxis) and you would need to pay a one-time upgrade fee, which reduces every quarter and is free from month 24 onwards. Not too sure how much the upgrade fee I think depends on the device price that time. |

QUOTE(ahlin @ Oct 19 2018, 04:36 PM) but it stated this on the pre order page? if old customer unable to, but new customers that walk in on official launch can? priority new customers eh Pre-order on Zerolution360 is for existing Maxis customers only. New customers will be able to sign up upon official launch. |
