Yes, this is very true... there’s a lot of complaints saying that the phone still got scratches even using the case 24/7...

As for me, I like to put a wrap (skin) on my phone then use it with a case... actually it will look nice also... will post some pics later...

Anyway, this is depends on your own thought... if you just wanna use it with case only, its already good for your phone protection... u can always have your own style to prevent your devices from any dent/scratches...

For iPhone XS Max 256GB, if I pay monthly, it is $200/month for 24 month - so it is $5280
But upfront payment is $4658 device price.. unless this part is not true and haven't add other costs.. I am not sure.

Anyway... $622 difference is quite big.. If can pay upfront, might as well save some money
