Using digi in this area and I would say quite decent. Previously using maxis more worst.
Choose maxis instead. Umobile line getting worst. Everyone cursing on their Fb lol
*
U Mobile always giving cheapest but the coverage might be an issue πŸ˜… definitely Digi over the U Mobile. But at Melaka, Digi seems to be better than Maxis now.

Select wisely cause it’s 2 years contract πŸ˜†

Considering this case:

http://galado.com.my/product/lucid-glass/

Looks good with the back as glass, hopefully no yellowish issue. Anyone using this case?
*
Friend of mine ordered this case, he also shared to me. Interesting with the glass back, but I think it would add weight to the phone a lot. Plus also the sides is probably plastic and that part might turn yellow?

*
Almost bought Garmin previously, last time internet slow haha. Wanted an offline map like Garmin.

Times changed. People rarely use apps like these anymore. Rather everybody is moving towards Waze and Google maps because there is real time traffic reports and constant updates to the maps. Offline apps will come useful when you go into areas with no network data. I have downloaded Nokia offline maps for use when I'm traveling through areas with no network but haven't got a chance to try it out yet.
*
I use Google's offline map when traveling overseas tongue.gif save on data haha!

QUOTE(attw @ Oct 22 2018, 08:41 AM)
Haha, yeah, speaking of which I still have a stand-alone Garmin navigation unit in my car... hahaha...
*
My car has Garmin app, but never used it even before Waze was enabled in CarPlay LOL. Now have Waze in CarPlay that feature is so redundant.

Bro.. Do the cable cut off the electricity or it stops charging the phone? The phone itself already is programmed to stop charging at 100% but resumes charging if battery level fall.
*
The iPhone will halt charging at 100%? I actually just ordered one of those USB measurement thingy to check these charge rate haha!

What are the benefits with eSim over dual Sim (HK).
*
eSIM is the future... you basically could keep a few numbers (definitely more than 1x eSim profiles) and just change accordingly. But then I went with HK set cause get earlier and could use it now tongue.gif.

If no limitation to only 1 number is really great then, & if IOS also can support multiple Whatsapp account.  icon_rolleyes.gif
*
Still limited to 2 standby numbers ya, but the eSim from what I read can have more than 1 eSim profiles... say you busy guy with numbers from Maxis/Digi/Celcom all 3 with eSim (in the near future...), you can switch around without the need to remove SIM card.

I saw someone else saying the same thing (US warranty but can claim in Malaysia AASPs). Super confused and the only reason why I'm not jumping at imported sets.
*
Should be able to claim since its the worldwide eSIM model, worst scenario go to Apple Singapore if the service centers here giving issue.

But the US model comes with 2 pin charger so... =/

Why u call it travel adapter?
Feel like a travel multi plugs πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ
Anyway just enjoy your 18W PD.
*
Haha, unlikely to use it at home. Using the slow 5W charger for home. This one when traveling or when I'm rushing to have it charged quickly.

So far I usually just charge using the 5W when I reach home, and before sleep unplug it would be close to 100%.

I used Apple usb C with Apple 30w Pd , it is the faster charging for the rest.

But I do option for McDodo USB C to lightning cable, can use with any cheaper 45w, 60w or 65w after market PD.
Just the charging time is slower than the Apple PD.

To compare after market PD for full charged 2:15-2:45mins to completed vs Apple 30w with USB C 2m Long Lightning cable was 1:45mins to 2 hours from 1-100%.
*
Non Apple PD charges slower than the Apple PD? But both capable of doing 18W, should be same speed?

I did this at home for test few PD, 45w, 60w x 2 vs Apple 30w PD, all lose to Apple charging time.

Will test out Xiaomi 65w Pd still on the way soon.
*
Hmm, unless the third party PD isn't up to the performance? XS series is capable of 18W or 30W?

Maybe you can do is check the time needed between 20% to 80%, before iOS throttles above 80%.

I did the test from 70-100%
For after market PD will draws more power when 70-90% , once the charging reaching 90% for that Pd will keep cooling down such as 5w/1.5A normal Apple charger like.

To compare from Apple 30w it’s took consistently not so warm and not so cool to supply power delivery for all time.

They both are deferent technology with chip and ICs inside.
*
So far what I know is once reach 80% iOS throttled the charging speed.

Basically if want see the peak charging is below 80%.
