No, they did fix it up eventually, but mind you, like TOMEI-R said, they fixed it themselves and that took quite a while.

Oh mine also gold color. So far i didnt notice any scratches when i take out my phone from casing. Am using cheap casing from ninjaz pretty tight. AFAIK ringke fusion not to tight right? How come scratch the phone?

I’m using the Hoda TG and I realized the side line picks up a lot of fabrics (mostly from putting in/out of the pocket) and sticks to it...even the speaker hole has all the white tiny fabrics..which is kinda annoying (ocd kicks in)

The screen protector does fit the XS/ But not the casing. XS rear camera is positioned differently from the X.
