Can but in moderation.
Coke contains caffeine. Caffeine should be reduce and limited during pregnancy, but coke's caffeine content is actually lower than one cup of coffee so shouldn't be an issue. Pregnant women are advised to keep to max one cup of coffee a day (single shot).
If already drink coke, then don't drink coffee, tea or chocolate loh..
I still drink coffee, coke or tea once every few days. I understand that cravings for cold soft drinks that soothes the morning sickness tongue.

Your bigger concern should be the sugar amount in Coke. If she has sign of gestational diabetes, better avoid.

When my mum was pregnant with my older sister, she had cravings for coke with salt. She drink anyways. Of course in moderation la. Don't go overboard. My dad is a GP so ok la.

Of course she wants diabetic or what not. Healthy human being when pregnant.

At the end, just consult your doctor since he will know the health of your wife the best and can give the right advice.

Best,

Yes she can, keyword is moderation. I can understand cravings. She just want to quench the thirst, that's all.

Should be ok. Since is less than a can, I don't think there should be anything harmful.
