yes but then again, the dp for myvi - die die also need 10%, i have none ... use credit card, but credit card "pau" edy ...

so in the end using less than 1.5k i manage to get a viva instead, with the 3.5k discount - that made up for the downpayment for the car ...

so to make it simple, i was sort of forced to take this model ... as the other model tarak discount, except the manual high spec, but that model has got 1k discount

now all oso got discount ma..

Myvi 1.0 wun underpower?

Ya . Me too think is overpriced . Innitially wan to buy savvy , cos think is it more worth it . But my fren told me viva is more expensive bcos of quality , the price u paid is more , means u are actually paying for quality . Just as said as earl-ku , myvi mati mati also wan dp , i don have , viva no need dp , so i choose viva orver savvy and myvi . Now i got the car , i think its really overprice , quality also normal , compare to myvi and savvy .

That day i sit on frens myvi , felt different from viva , i don like sound produce by viva suspension and tyre . Noisy , myvi different , felt more heavy, steady and cant hear any sound come from underneath , espeacially when the car pass by those lubang lubang road . Viva , different , glong glong , kreek kreek , dumm dumm , all kind of sound .
Sometimes i even off the cd player , just to listen what actually cause the sound . Many many many sound ahhhhhhhhhh.............NOISY.....

i heard from the sa, those who does 0dp, they taruk 50 also can wan ... until they approve the loan u pay nothing ...

i paid 500 for savvy and another 500 for viva, savvy got refunded lo ... loan tarak cukup ...

Normal practice is RM 500 or RM 1k as the booking fee and 10% of your car value as the downpayment.

But due to certain policy to support some low salary owners, comes special practice to boost the sale or to assist these people that includes low or no booking fee and zero downpayment scheme.

Whatever will that be. From financial point of view, it's strongly not advised to go for zero downpayment scheme.

ur salary must be ur 3times monthly installment..
monthly RM300X3=salary RM900
only can make 90%loan..

another method is model mark up..
but tis method very dangerous..
cause normally we use EZi mark up EZ..
1model got "i" n 1 dun have "i"
if the letter of under taking is state EZi consider kenot proceed..

yes normally thats what hey ask , when u ask for max loan amount ...

coz most of the time like what tissue_paper said, when u do loan, they will mark it up

now say u get the Ez model at 40k and then they mark up with Ezi model which is 44k, now for u to get the Ex model, that 40k, so loan most of the time will get 90% assuming u are paying 10% dp

but in the case where u wanna do 0%dp they will mark it up with a higher model so if the loan is approved at 90% with a markkd up modellof Ezi u get 40k, so with that 40k, u get the Ez which is full price edy lo ... so mah 0%dp lo
