As I was seeing a lot reno company fb, so they actually take permits or do without it. So many house going through reno now. So majlis perbandaran would have gotten so many applications ryt. Hi there, every renovation that involves structure building need to do submission to the local council. Every local council have different charges and requirements. You can appoint a runner to do the submission for you or you can go to the local council office to do it by yourself if you wanna save some cost 😁
