hi, i'm actually surveying the cost to renovate my double storey house. I'm thinking to extend my master bedroom by another 6x22 ft, extending my corner house by another 12x43ft (2 floors) and the kitchen 6x22ft. There will be quite some wet work to be done in this renovation. Roughly how much should be expected?

May I know what is the rough estimate for this type of renovation ?

1) Changing exterior from the one below to something like the picture of your 1st post, wanted to have french window from top to bottom
House size is 24x75

2) widening car porch pillar to park more car

3) extending master bedroom at 1st floor to family area

4) change out new roofing

Hi, your total est extension is 1300 sqft and it cost roughly around 200k 😁
