Hi, could you please explain in more detail ? Are you referring to poor wifi connection or the line is slow ?

Kindly perform a hard wired speed test at speed.time.com.my or speedtest.net.

Hi,

Firstly, determine the incoming bandwidth by speed test direct wired to the ONU (bypassing Router/AP).

If the speed is somewhere near to 1Gbps, force your Unifi AP to run on 5GHz Radio & set to VHT80MHz channel.
Update it to latest firmware v4.0.42 as well.

Hi Bro,

We have been with them since the 1st day they launched GPON in 2009. I must say though it's not full proof, it is still the best of bucks for that kind of bandwidth & quality.
No doubt Router issue needs to be addressed.

Try it Bro... I did receive couple of feedback on this brand of Router/AP (not your model) that cant achieve near to 1Gbps even though on wired connection.

Hi, under new revised policy, you can't apply more than 2 lines per unit.

For Malaysian, if you apply more than 3 lines (2 years contract), the 4th line will require RM300 deposit.

Frankly, I'd suggest you to get your own Mesh Router.
Reference Model : TP-Link Deco M9 Plus (2 or 3 nodes, depends on your unit size).

Very Reasonable Price & Good.

Yes it's fine to do that plus another provider's DNS, as a hybrid.
You can change both if you need IPv6 & make sure your Router has IPv6 native support.
