I am using TIME 1Gbps package with Unifi AP AC Pro, the most highest speed I got is 300Mbps despite standing beside the AP. I think I need to find cat 6a cable to connect from ONU to the router

any of your contract ended (24 months) and did they offer you for any upgrade?
anything you guys asked for, after your contract ended?

I'm planning to relocate and want to continue with TIME since since they have coverage there too. I realize there's a 'relocation' fee of RM120. Is it worth the relocation fee if I have already finished my previous contract? Should I just cancel and register again to save on the fee since I don't mind another 24 months contract?

I am planning to use it so came here to have a look on the advices.... Didnt know that many people complain TIME is down sometimes.....

Its pretty annoying when you're running a vpn server and you keep losing your IP address and getting disconnected

Installation scheduled at 15 June 2019
Received called from some guys said that need to reschedule due to blocker at my service apartment and probably done by 18 June 2019.
So I'm fine with that, since than till today, nobody called and update what is going on.

Called to CS, all the shit and common answer from team.
"We have escalate to the team"
"We are helpless too"
"We don't know what is going on"

Dude, I need my broadband to be up to my work nature.

Sigh, this Time Broadband have the same mentality and efficiency as UniFi, I thought they are much different but not really. Sigh.....

I called the call center, they said no outage.
After follow their instruction to reboot etc,  it works, but still very slow, around 5mbps for dl. At least can normal surfing.

Can someone recommend me to either change the default router given by time or add mesh wifi? I dunno if the issue is with the wifi router because sometimes the long range wifi is not stable. Hardly can get 2 bars for 5ghz wifi. Speedtest only yield 6 to 10 mbps.
