How to apply  for time infra for apartment?

since 15 january my time fiber can no longer connect to rocket league server. Contacted time fiber support for 2 months and with all the traceroutes, resetting modem, dns etc it still cannot be resolved. network team kept telling me there is nothing wrong on their end when the connection problem began out of nowhere since 15 january 2019. I played the game since 2015 and has been playing it with time fiber since 2016 jan to 15 jan 2019. now i can never connect to it using time except when i use vpn. i can connect to the server if i use the cyber cafe pc which also uses time fiber.
i heard a cyber cafe that uses time had issue connecting to gta 5 launcher as well and it also happened to me.

Confirmed it is TIME.
Since that day (13 February 2019), it has been 1 month+ long already and no news on apartment notice board, I'm getting very impatient and stress, becausefrustrated with streamyx slow upload speed 

Is there anything I can do? My building management told me government staff doing some liaising here there...They being slow to manage the things?

Hi, guys. I'm having one small issue since last few weeks. Everyday at night (6pm-1am), I will have mostly one time disconnect and then it will resume back to normal after few seconds. This causes me to get disconnected while gaming. It only happens one time but everyday. My area is within Kg. Attap, KL if that matters.

Central KL area, great numbers on speedtest.net to local server (>500Mbps), but terrible performance on streaming even SD live video from international sites. Seems to happen most evenings from around 8-10pm.

Hi, may I know who can help to ask TIME to install at my area? Address is ''Wisma Lam Hong, Jalan Sungai Pinang, 10150 Penang, Malaysia''. I had submitted suggestion coverage area to TIME. My apartment has 96 units, TIME choose to install at cheap flat in front of my apartment.

1. I already have Unifi installed (not full fibre since my condo not support that, and no turbo upgrade too), can i install Time fibre at the same time? Will it cause any conflict / trouble?
Yes definitely you can if your condo has TIME coverage.

2. My condo has Time fibre's structure ready, may i know how long it would take to install the service?
If no port issues, normally it will take 3 to 7 days.

3. My friend staying at Cheras, many condos there seem no Time fibre service, possible that he contacts anyone here to check if Time able to provide service to his condo?

Hi! New TIME user here. Day 1 only and I'm having some issues with internet access for some applications and games on my phone and tablet where a connection can't be accessed. Programs such as Teamviewer won't connect unless turn off WiFi and use my mobile data instead.

Anybody facing similar issues? Both my mobile and tablet are Huawei devices (Mate 20 Pro and Mediapad M5 Pro).

Tplink C1200 is using TIME custom firmware? I cannot find the firmware upgrade option inside the router config. This router always have issue sometimes cannot connect.

I'm just a new TIME subscriber (more than a month) with TPLink Archer C1200 black router. Suddenly it died on me this morning. No lights on the router, even the power symbol.
I tried to reset, but the power light will just on for a couple of seconds, after that no light whatsoever. I also tried to plug into different outlet, same result. It's as if the router is not turning on.

Called CS, technician will call within 24hours.

Did any of you experienced the same issue?

that default router provide by time fiber tplink c1200 is buggy and problematic to the max,.. best buy your own router that can dial pppoe will do the job, trust me u dont want to use the default one,..

example: very hard to save any changes in the 192.168.0.1, unless u try to click a few times of save button, mostly will stated failed to save,.. sometimes the router will auto reset to default original setting after 1 - 3 hour power off even, lost the pppoe id n pass tooo,..imagine u need to click a few time in order to save each detail coloumn in web, even in latest eu time firmware and always nothing time can do for you other than sent technician to your places to reflash the router firmware or just remotely reflash router firmware for you over the phone, and this router itself generate very high heat as well as the ac power adapter too, cpu always stated running at 100%,..  ..
