Yes, they need to be there to change the OLT Authentication password & to make sure everything is in proper & let you sign off.

Hi LYW, need an advice
I have a 300mbps (now 600mbps) account non-contract, I don't want to pay the penalty but i'm able to clear out the outstanding bill if i'm continue using it.

Is it ok for me to pay the outstanding bill and transfer the account to someone else? with 1 month free on me of course. bcoz my new rental house dont't have Time fiber.

Thanks

If yours is non-contract, why is there a penalty?

New loyalty program - 12 months recontract with RM 89 per month for 200mbps plan

I see times react fast to demand changes to further lower down 200mbs package to retain loyalty customers.

TnC says:
Not valid for customers with no contract plans or are currently on complimentary Time Fibre Home subscriptions.

Meaning those whose contract is over like me cannot get this promo?

Do they allow us to do that? As in switching existing plan with expired contract to a new plan without contract?

Dear all, my TIME contract is over long time liao.

When I checked the cost to relocate, it says "waived due to long time customer", something like that.

Question: when relocating (either FOC or with fee), does TIME make us sign any new contract?

If I remembered correctly, if no contract, relocation is free. Not going to renew the contract.

I checked online, the relocation fee is waived in my case. Not sure about the need to recontract to enjoy the fee waiver though.

Call TIME and ask would be your best bet IMO

You never know they added some terms only for selected users and not all will be aware of that
*
Yup, will do. I was hoping to hear from others so that I have room to negotiate if asked to recontract.

Relocation doesnt require you to recontract but if you take up the offer, then yes.
*
The "offer" refers to relocation fee waiver or the new 200MBps monthly RM89 one-year contract promotion currently on offer?
