My experiences with Time as a gamer who plays daily with local players and oversea players be it games like Monster Hunter or games that need extreme low ping like fighting games : street fighter / The King of fighters : (My house has 1Gbps Time and 100mbps Unifi installed)

Good parts :
1. Best quality when connecting to oversea. Unifi loses here when it comes to low ping and quality when connecting to oversea. When using Time to connect to oversea games, Time rarely fail or almost never fail, but Unifi fail rate is kinda high sometimes (slower too when connecting)
2. My experiences with fighting games, if connect to TW/HK/CN/JP, using Time, most of the time the ping is lower and much more stable. If Unifi achieves 100ms, Time usually would be 80+-ms. (That 10-30ms is very crucial when it comes to fighting games)

Bad parts :
1. If Time gamers connecting to game created by Unifi gamers or vice versa, the ping is not optimised. Example, if Unifi players connect to Unifi players, usually the ping would be 17+ms - 30+ms fluctuating. But Time players connect to Unifi players would be around 30+- to 50+ms. Very rarely would achieve as low as 17+- if one using Time and one using Unifi. So if your friends mostly using Unifi, you and them probably can't achieve the lowest ping experiences.

Nope, no play LOL or Dota. For NA region, it is basically too far away from Asia, fighting games' players here have no chance to play with NA region, the ping is too high until unplayable.

In certain situations, ping connecting to the same oversea player using Time or Unifi would show the same / similar, but most of the time, Time will show better ping. I guess it might be due to sometimes i connected to a better routing Unifi. Unifi slower response, i suspect might have something to do with packet lost.

P/S When i am playing online games, no matter using Unifi or Time, nobody will use the same line i use, to prevent any possibility of causing lags or increase the ping for my game. I want 100% as smoothest experience as possible.

I was told IP = related to routing, difference set of IP binds to difference routing. If you get a good IP, meaning your routing is good, with faster ping, and lesser packet lost.
