Surprising NEWS !! this Teratai Setapak project sales like rocket ~

Most affordable residence at Setapak.

Updated status, almost sold out left less than 20 units.

Honestly this pricing at setapak area,

Is very good chances for young people own a house at KL

Whose keen for this project can pm me,

Sales chart full with stickers?

Jalan Langkawi after the opening of McD and Aeon Big. Jam with cars. People nearby Setapak like never been to McD or Aeon Big before.
The traffic is real bad.
Imagine everyday when going to work or after work, exiting your condo straight meet this jam.

the McD able to divert crowds from the one at melati utama.... the MU one has always been full of crowds every night since my TARC time... now its just giving another option to cater to the ever growing TARUC students numbers.... and its also one of their most favourite breakfast joint... lol

Rich students breakfast at McD.
Another McD is at BHP beside the football field one. So many McD branch opening in close proximity to one another.
Burger King too set up few branches recently around the area: Melati Utama shoplots, Wangsa Maju LRT shoplots and KL Trader Square.

the coffee can refill ma... hahaha... but nowadays the breakfast set in MCD consider affordable already compared to my time standard...

the football field that one not as much crowd as those near to TARUC... when ada league game only got slightly more crowds.. haha...

wondering why burger king sort of like reviving... but their pricing still expensive as ...... for a fast food joint.... sweat.gif sweat.gif

is it worth to buy for own stay?

I have put a booking there, my unit seems nice... fully furnished...

I dont care about the jam, because I ride motorcycle everyday and Im local so know some shortcut to avoid the jam...

any other negative that I should aware of?

Bonus for you in buying this as you can actually go inside your unit. See the view. Feel the furniture.
Hey is just like buying from subsale but you get all the bonus like buying undercon unit. (such as free legal fees, etc).

So if you are okay with everything, especially the surrounding, dont see any opinion here at the forum would change your mind.

if jam is not the main concern... for a price like that freehold condo... not too bad actually... and you can save on the progressive interest... i can't see why not... good stepping stone before you go for larger unit in the future...

congrats to -Setapak King (PV)over their succes for teratai and pv18.
pv18 is fully sold and teratai take up rates seem fast. Only thing is belian off 288 there still got units .
Over the same stretch got 3 new PVs...
