congrats to -Setapak King (PV)over their succes for teratai and pv18.
pv18 is fully sold and teratai take up rates seem fast. Only thing is belian off 288 there still got units .
Over the same stretch got 3 new PVs...

this is another condo behind prima setapak.
think pv built for taruc hostel. ONLY for students i think.
but those that dont wanna stay in hostel will usually stay along jalan genting klang or tbr
