Saw banner all over Setapak. Gallery is at PV21.

No info how many units.
No info exact location. Only know is on Jalan Langkawi (nearby PV18).
Anyone got info please share so that I can update this.

Freehold project.
By Platinum Victory of course (who else king developer of Setapak)

Setapak is a good place 10 years back, but not now, too many condo but narrow and bad design road, especially that U turn in front PV128, all the car die die make a U turn and immediately move to left lane without checking car from opposite direction.

Keep building highrise without upgrade the access road. How DBKL can approved these projects?

the site used to be PRIMA but not sure why now change to residensi platinum teratai?? maybe they copy the model of residensi rampai where rumahwip in certain floors (usually lower floors) while bebas are the rests.

Don't buy this la.. Try go and see jalan Langkawi.. Super crowded as hell.. I stay there for one year, it is the worst year of my life facing jams, crowdedness, crazy as hell.

There is 3 more coming condos along the jalan langkawi and towards exit jalan gombak.. The end of the world is coming for this area..

suppose to have a access road from jl langkawi connect to smk chong hwa but not materialized. jl langkawi now end at teratai mewah apartment. maybe in future ? ..i saw some houses inside the pasar pagi has been demolished and building something. maybe future can access to jl gombak

dont exit jl gombak via diamond square as the road is narrow, suggest to go via jalan cengal selatan. can access to DUKE

Hardly see Platinium start to sell their house at completion stage..
All the while I thought this is PR1MA..
The construction period takes quite long, i was teasing with my partner this Gov project takes too long to complete..
Gov sell this building to Platinium?

Do not buy. This area is badly congested due to overdevelopment. DBKL has erred by approving this project and PV18 without requiring the roads to be upgraded.

DONT BUY THIS PROJECT.. TOO MUCH DENSITY.. CRAZY... JALAN LANGKAWI, PEOPLE DOUBLE PARK EVERYWHERE LIKE CRAZY...
