where got good. now another issue occurred bruce.gif

i'm using my fm account to purchase because he got 400 voucher.. ridiculous is qoo10 now as me to send in prove of verification. such as copy of latest utility bill showing full name & add or latest card bill or any supporting docs such as bank statement, gov letter, letter of employment, marry cert, etc.. mad.gif

first time buy from qoo10. worst experience ever

huh why do u need to prove/verify? whats the reason to it? not like you're applying some kinda loan or opening bank acct blink.gif

ikr. i was like speechless. because i use my fm account to purchase and shipping to my office. paid from my card as well. than the qoo10 compliance team send an email to my fm that they need additional verification. crazy. somemore all those documents mostly is P&C mad.gif

Update on the camera shutter sound.

Tested XS Max camera, Shutter sound is there.
But when you off the Live mode, shutter sound no longer there. Tested 5 times to confirmed.

For video, no tick tock when taking video.

yes. because i don't feel the need to provide such documents. somemore the CS told me because i first time purchase product from their page which is cost almost 6k. that is why they worry

i think it's for buyer's security sake. they are just doing their job. problem might be two different account purchase with the same credit card. i don't blame them.
