Wasn't aware Qoo10 got MY and SG app - I thought it was just one app and can choose the country

you can see the voucher but when u want to purchase and applied the coupon, it will prompt you that the voucher only applicable to mobile app

You could actually only know if you got the rebates from Shopback only after you made your purchase. If Shopback doesn't send you an email notifying of successful transaction, then you wont get it.

Tips to ensure Cashback

To ensure your Cashback is successful:
Ensure you reach the Qoo10 "Order Complete" page after payment is made
For online banking, after successful payment, click "Continue with Transaction" and "Return to FPX" to reach the Qoo10 "Order Complete" page
Ensure cart is empty before clicking through ShopBack
Add items to your cart only after clicking through ShopBack
Click "Confirmed Received" on Qoo10 once the item is received


Cashback is not qualified for:
