Hi want to ask, i went to car workshop for dashcam installation, but they directly stick it to the windscreen without using the electrostatic sticker....any way can remove the tape mount since it is super sticky without damage the windscreen tinted or it will become not so sticky after sometime?

Currently I'm using 70mai Pro and I need 1 more dashcam for my rear view. It's sad that RC06 only compatible with A800.

Is it worth if I upgrade my 70mai Pro to 70mai A800 (with rear cam) or I straight away buy another dashcam maybe 70mai 1S or another Pro be my rear cam? Which mean Pro + 1S or Pro + Pro, much more cheaper than upgrade.

Question 2, if I install another dashcam instead of upgrading, can I use one of the dashcam connect to other USB port (my screen having extra USB port which I used to connect pendrive for my songs) since 70mai Pro only offer 2 USB port for the cigarette adapter, I used both port for my phone and also current dashcam.

Question 3, are those dashcam work with my screen USB? Im not expert in electrical field and I scare those electricity that come from my screen USB will burn my dashcam due to unstable or overpowered electricity. I also found that hardware kit are able to connect my current dashcam and enable the parking surveillance mode, but will it harm to fuse or the car or even the dashcam? Most important is it worth?

anyone able to use with iOS 14? my 70mai app in iOS14 unable to connect, try repairing.... reinstall app... restart phone... all cannot

this 70mai pro seems all having battery issue after 1+ years... i just changed mine recently after 20months of usage...

just got one recently and replaced i wonder is all dash cam battery will gone case after 1+ years, seems this 70mai Pro is common for dead battery after 1+ years

i have a question. my 70 mai pro currently always reset the time. i know it need to change a new battery.

my question is ,  will it help if i add a new GPS module (currently non installed).
will GPS module help to syn the time? if yes i may just skip battery change and add a new GPS module.

My A800 parking mode doesn't work. I have the hardware kit installed but no luck. Already hard reset also still the same. I am aware that it records on g sensor but i knock directly on the camera also it doesn't record. After i off the engine, it doesnt go into parking surveillance mode. It just turns off by itself. Due to the hardware kit i can turn it back on but need to let it keep running like that. I only want to record when there is an impact.

How to make this parking surveillance mode work? Please help.

Hi, recently my dashcam video is gone. Not sure is it auto delete all the videos when the memory is full.. (32GB) I never bother to check on the videos until one day I wanted to look back, and to my surprise the old video are gone. Only have the recent day, which is the day when I open the file.

Anyone have the similar experience?

But is not deleted bit by bit. When I open the album, no past videos except for the day itself.

Actually I think the root cause is my memory card. Cause today I tried again, and I notice my video pause and  delayed when I switch to album to see the video (keep loading).

Just got my 70mai A500s, would like to ask about the installation of the electrostatic sticker. Since I see the camera lens is located at the left hand side of the whole unit, meaning that I should place the sticker a bit to the right hand side so that the lens position will be exactly at the middle of the windscreen right?

Also about the height to install, from your experience which position is the best, both for the coverage and the reflection? Shall I just put it as high as possible?

The problem is the device will hang or jammed screen most of the time. This is new device and used for a week only.

*using hardware kit, but switch to USB cable wont help.
*Using Sandisk ultra class10 64GB SD card, format already, was used on previous Yi Dashcam without problem.





Any sifu here can help for self troubleshooting before i send warranty?

If you are planning to buy 70mai a500s, please think twice. I been used few week and become like this. Spend money to buy headache, or maybe im the unlucky one. 😓
