Nice!. Is the magnet track pre-installed by the plaster ceiling guy when doing plaster or by the wiring men when doing plaster ceiling? One lighting /wiring point can connect for how long the track?

Hi, Can you give an estimation cost for wetwork to extend 18X24ft space for laundry+living area? For single storey, normal roofing without slab. Extension will include pad footing/piling, wall and roof. Hacking to flow the drain from laundry to adjacent bathroom. Wiring, Window, tile and door are exluded. Thank you.

For any kitchen it will be good to have 6-8 sockets minimum.

Hello Aloha, do you do small jobs? i have water damage on one wall and i dont know if it is caused by cracked outer wall or plumbing or water proofing defect from the upstairs bathroom. If its waterproofing defect would need to hack, retile. Please PM me. House in Puchong, currently vacant.
