Hi,

Can estimate how much to prepare to:

1) Knock down a wall and relocate wiring?
2) Knock down partial wall and replace with glass sliding door?

Attached images for reference.

rewiring around 5 to 7k in the market exclude the new lighting and socket ,
change plumbing + change design toilet ?
do you mean the plumbing from main water to water tank & kitchen taps ?
redesign toilet do you mean change tiles ?

Can I know if I want to redo the flooring (presently is old type SPC like in the photo) for the cheapest way possible in this property (mine is another unit but identical), what is the cheapest way to do it? Like SPC, Epoxy etc. For all 2 and half floor?

Epoxy flooring is usually cheaper than tiled flooring 50 to 80%

hi sifus, my subsale home 2nd floor and stairs is currently using parquet (medium sized ones, not the tiny kitkat kind).

When I inquired about SPC flooring, was suggested to remove all parquet and flatten the concrete flooring, instead of SPC on top of the parquet in case got water go in next time and it expands.

May I know how much this work would cost? Just the removal and flattening the concrete floor.
