MRT walking distance?

guess better be honest and not try to lie / cheat potential buyers.

dont think really can walk geh... unless u are very strong-willed to walk for 20 mins....

Last wk site visit, I saw many students walk along the street even under the hot sun around 4pm, dun believe can go there have a look..and I also realize all the bungalow and semi d rent up by the student as a hostel..so rich!

for now the path to the site not really complete.... u can stop at the entrance of the site and have a peek... haha... yea... its surrounded by those triple storey link landed... can go from sales gallery side also... or from chong hwa direction....

School students or college students? Coz dont think got any nearby college around that area. Where all these students come from?
If at the far top end of Jalan Sentul Pasar, then yes Panorama Sentul / SkyAwani / Maxim Citilights got students accommodation there. Got some islamic college around there.

i'm just sharing info only bro. Walk-able or not very personal but don't say lie/cheating so harsh word la.

For me i wouldn't use MRT as main selling point for this project. It's just the station is not too far away only.

Back to the project, the facilities seem nice to me, got basketball court, badminton court, futsal, table tennis, sky facilities.

chong hwa independent skul students... rich kids mia school... one of the top chinese independent skul in the country.... thats where the rich orang coming from...

Walkable distance to MRT, one of the choices to use it especially during peak hour, when the time walk is faster than drive u know what I mean RM100 unlimited travel pass by rapidkl

That's what i mean, walkable but not main selling point.

To advertise as MRT project it should be direct link or within 300-500m with proper walk way. At least this is what majority acceptable distance and requirement

Define walking distance. One doesnt need to visit the sales gallery to know that this place is beyond walking distance to any LRT/MRT/KTM station.

is not only beyond 500 meter.
is minimum 1km away from any nearest KTM/LRT/MRT station.

developer should not cheat / lie potential buyer with such incorrect information. be honest!

Sifu, Please don't get my message wrong, i'm referring to be a MRT project should be at least within 500m distance. So i'm not referring to this project.

Developer have no intention to cheat/lie and it's only stated MRT walking distance and for sure it's walkable.

It's unfair to developer if you call this cheat/lie/incorrect info.
