ini bukan kat sentul pasar leh.... this one is nearer to pasaraya OTK that side... at least dont have so many condos along one way like sentul pasar... and nearer to exit and entry of duke highway too....

Wow. land is lower than DUKE.
No idea which road able to access to this piece of land. All very small tiny road. Developer surely need to plan access road as well if not thousands units build here sure die.

i think there's an infrastructure upgrade by this developer to enable in and out from the condo to DUKE easily... should be easier that building bridge.... at least more options to leave the condo other than jalan sentul....

Unless the developer came to agreement with DUKE, otherwise, there is no way to connect to DUKE easily and the current access either use the narrow road before the DUKE exit (Near to Sentul Pasar) or via Sentul Bahagia housing area.

DBKL is a big fail to approve such project without upgrade the Jln Sentul Pasar Road.

sentul west MRT2 does not come with park and ride facility.
actually all underground station got no park and ride.

nearest park and ride will be at Kentomen station

i think generally sentul props also rely on shuttle bus or driving... not much options on walking distance... except viva residency birch all those....
