bebas no need go thru DBKL application process... just book, take loan, sign loan, sign SPA and LA...

no la... this part of sentul.... if u travel to KL before from this current part... its tonnes better than those m centura sentul point bullshit (for me those are worse part)... but going in to the condo will still be an issue because need passby that sentul pasar... where double triple park occurs....
