Has anyone had any unpleasant experience of port out from U mobile? I did mine yesterday and until today still in progess. Last time, did port out from M and C, both completed within few hours. Simple and straightforward.
However, port out from U Mobile takes ages. I got call from their customer rep asking me why port out. Told them speed was slow at my area. So after giving them useful feedback, they cancelled my port out. Got sms from U Mobile tat it was my request to cancel port out. Bla**dy h***, felt kena conned. So, I call back again U Mobile cust care and complaint, and they said will port out and look intoy complaint. And until now, no news.
Am frustrated with this kind of excuses from U Mobile.

Yes, I asked for resubmit and re-confirm SMS again. This just slows down the whole process again. Pretty BS to me, and wasted some $$ to make calls to both U Mobile and TT for re-submit.

Pretty BS to me, and wasted some $$ to make calls to both U Mobile and TT for re-submit. MNP is like that, it's either smooth and completed in 24 hours, or it takes 2-3 rounds if something goes wrong (for whatever reason). Just be patient, it will sort itself out in the end. End of last year, I ported one number back into U Mobile. It got rejected twice due to an error in the U Mobile's customer data. Finally, it was solved on the third attempt. QUOTE(saitong09 @ Jan 29 2019, 08:43 PM) Cheapest plan for unlimited call, not bad Yoodo is cheaper. Not unlimited per se but rm12 for 2000minutes is far cheaper than rm30. 2000minutes equals around 33hours, rarely anyone could finish that much talktime. For all we know umobile could have tnc for fair usage policy and it could be lower than yoodo's 2000minutes.

Obviously yoodo is loser here QUOTE(saitong09 @ Jan 29 2019, 08:43 PM) Cheapest plan for unlimited call, not bad Hotlink offer unlimited call for RM30 which come with 1GB high speed internet. Yoodo offer 2gb for rm12 so total it'll be rm24 for 2000minutes and 2gb data, double the umobile data but still cheaper rm6. The pro of umobile here is the free basic and free unlimited social usage, with con of subpar coverage compared to yoodo's celcom.

But in general, for people who only value calls then yoodo rm12 is cheaper, plus better coverage than umobile too.

hey guys,
im trying to explore to see if gx30 is better for my mum for all day surfing using youtube, whatsapp...it seems like there is no speed throttle on this...does safari also considered unlimited app if she is into browsing? i mean literally everything will be unlimited right?
just wondering, if she needs to have some voice call credits in her phone..how shall i do that? TQ
