If anyone of you thinking to stay with TM forever, then you can skip reading my below message.

If you're thinking to change to Maxis 30mbps or other service provider, then I suggest you to becareful with TM so called "free upgrade".

1. In 09 November 2017, they gave me a free speed upgrade to 8mbps, which they claimed there's no contract renewal for this streamyx.

2. At the same time, they provide me a Unifi TV Pack (Jumbo Lite- which I can login to watch their programs from computer or smartphone). Which, I never asked for it and never ever login to watch it. Now, they claiming there's a contract for this Unifi TV Pack

3. So, if I terminate my account before 09 November 2018, there will be a penalty charge on me.

Is this sound logic? "Free upgrade" to you, no contract renewal on broadband, but there's contract renewal on the Unifi TV Pack.
So, they probably could do that forever (giving upgrade, before your contract expired so there will be a contract renewal and tie you down).
