my iphone X today freezed when I was doing airplay to apple TV. when i swipe up to get the home control screen. it just stuck there. totally no response, no matter what i did, it also did not clear the home control screen. i held both volume and power buttons together, can feel there is a shut down screen but it is underneath the home control screen which i cannot swipe to shut down as usual.
end up i found out this step, which was to press volume up button one time, press volume down button one time then hold power button for 10 seconds then it forced restarted. is this considered the problem under this program? https://support.apple.com/en-sg/iphone-x-di...acement-program |

Ever since upgraded to iOS 13.2.2. My iPhone X sometimes restarts randomly sometime. Anyone has the same issue also?

Now I realised the importance of tempered glass. I had been using a rm15 brandless tempered glass for quite a while. Until today I changed to a sgd10 one (got brand one although not famous brand about sgd19 original price). I can immediately feel the big big difference of the result. With the new tempered glass, it looks like the screen is not having the tempered glass at all, so clear so sharp unlike my old one made it very down in colour.
It meant that I had been using a ‘degraded’ display all the time. wtf. |
