Kepa got a week's fine due to the "misunderstanding". Both manager and player came out with a joint statement on Chelsea website. time to move it on

Dave credibility as captain really need to be question. Not only he didn't want to get involved with Kepa-Sarri issue but during the toss coin for penalty he cannot decide which end the penalty should be taken. He also asked Luiz to decide if we need to go first or second.

Imo as captain he should be able to decide before that toss coin happen.

Maybe it is really misunderstood between both parties.
Kepa really do have balls to take on penalty shooting responsiblity if Sarri really want gk change

I really doubt it. regardless of Kepa injured or not, Sarri has the power to take him off. if its a misunderstanding, Kepa should have went up to speak to him, instead being in a shouting match telling his coach he is not getting subbed off.

Either way, the club has made them reconciled and a token punishment has been dealt. consider the issue gone... unless Sarri suddenly drops Kepa for spurs game
