i think liverpool have higher chance to win due to they have bolster their defence which is the only weakness from last season

chelsea still weak on defence and attacking not up to standard. u gonna need a good striker to win the league n both of our strikers are incompetent.
let see years that we win the league. 04/05,05/06(drogba, crespo, gudjohnsen), 09/10 (drogba,anelka), 14/15,16/17 (costa). all top strikers that help to win the league

RLC is playing at wing is that indicate he maybe giving chance as striker when needed?

i prefer kovacic to stay. he is a better all round player, RLC and Barkley on form right now, but we need depth if we are going to UCL next season. when we play harder competition, an all round player like Kovacic is needed as well.
anyways, it also depends on the price that RM wants to put up for him. if its too expensive, ship him back. at least he gets some play time here compare to RM.

btw, Ramsey is going to be a free agent soon, I think the club might sell drinkwater and get Ramsey. just a thought.
