Turboed 10>100Mbps user here. For the routers, which one is a good router for my package? I'm living in a double storey house and planning to change TM DIR-842 for a TP-LINK AC1200v3. I was looking at Tenda AC10U and for it's price range is pretty good compared to the TP-LINK AC1200. But I heard there's a bit of hassle in the firmware? I need suggestions. Budget is RM280 for a new router since, I won't be getting any higher speeds anymore.

Well, there's a shopee sale coming up at midnight. So I'm planning to get a new router. But will that help? The DIR-842 really disconnect a lot already lel. Even then, I already maxed it out XD. If it doesn't disconnect, I don't mind getting it. But at the moment, it just kept disconnecting on 2.4Ghz also. I talked with TM tech and they said everything is good and found out that i already maxed out the settings. So TP-LINK was my other option to get. But Tenda is tempting for its price range. That's why I'm confused.

I did. and It's disconnects quite often. Using the DIR-842 C2 version. I wonder what if i updated the firmware to 3.10 via D-LINK website? Is it okay to update to that firmware?

I placed it near my staircase which covers the whole house. After restart, it seems stable again. I guess the CPU overloaded?

Heh. Now on Lowyat forum network and broadband site, They show me TIME fiber new 100Mbps and 1Gbps package on the side of the webpage. zzz Why the sudden change. I liked the old design.

I talked TMpoint Batu Lintang and told me that my price is fixed after getting turboed even when contract expires which is amazing Basically I'm on TIME pricing for 100Mbps but then I'm not sure what's the max speed for 100Mbps package. I'm currently getting it maxed at 104Mbps DL and 52.3Mbps UL using 5Ghz on Tenda AC10U. Changed from DIR-842 C2. Anyone can tell me what's the max speed you're getting for 100mbps turboed?

Still waiting for the Invoice... But the estimate given was RM102.95
