My house did not show coverage for Unifi too, that was until i saw @unifi wifi IDs popping up...then i went to sign up with an agent then the application went through

Same case as mine. My advice is find a good TM agent. My TM agent search my address in their database and found my address. It is a bit different from my real address. He said that the TM website one is just for public viewing and usually not up to date. Usually when Unifi is entering your area, they will be TM agent come from house to house to promote like in my area or they will setup a booth somewhere. Sometime you need to play with your address detail. Like for example in my case, my agent search for 38C and didn't found it. He change it into 38-C, then suddenly my address got unifi coverage
