If i downgrade from current RM199 / 100mbps (not yet upgrade) to RM129/ 100mbps, i will not be eligible for the turbo upgrade.

the turbo upgrade is only for the current 100mbps @ Rm199.

Please report this to TM and log a case with MCMC as the base price is rm329 instead of rm359.

checked with TMpoint, couldn't sign up for this rm139 300Mbps plan, said it won't be available until next year.

Currently still paying rm300+ a month for this service since it was first offered.

Feel like I’m being ripped off, everyone’s getting 100Mbps package at lower rate and still stuck paying top dollar for the same thing.

Because equipment is not advanced enough. Just a thought la, I also want to see monthly bills and all since I may have some changes with my billing. I will know in this month's billing.

Last month I only paid for RM 129 after they screwed up my billing and if they continue screwing up, I may pay only RM 129 for 800Mbps (after they fix my Turbo 500 to 800).

Well, if they do standardisation which is unfavorable to certain users, they will be bombarded non-stop. Whose fault? Their fault. From the beginning, they should only stick firmly to the plan pricing and not offer any figure as they like.
On another hand, I have a feeling it is because of my cheaper RYE 100 plan (from RM 189 to probably 169) that caused them to Turbo me to 500 instead of 800. They may think the amount I paid is not justified for 800? I'm not too sure but for sure I know I have a strong case because I was from 100Mbps plan and it has to be Turbo 800. The ticket is still open, I really doubt it is so difficult to change for me but well, God knows why.

Yes, 500Mbps only because my account is only 500Mbps as per UniFi page.
