1 litre is very little. Normally for 25 sticks I consume at least 5 litres with them. But today I don't get even a litre.

4 bowls are at most 600ml. Normally I eat 10 times of that with 25 sticks.

BS or not BS they charge 92 cents for each reheated frozen satay. It is a norm that satay sauce comes free when you buy satay what's more 92 cents each. I am willing to pay but RM6-7 for each 500-600ml is too expensive and they agak agak 500-600ml without using the weight measure. Each refil is at most 200-300ml. and getting little and more little.

Tambah harga la setiap cucuk satay itu apasal caj RM6-7 untuk sedikit kuah tambahan. naikkan harga satay ke RM1, RM1.20 etc. Saya bukan order 5 cucuk, Saya order 25 cucuk pun.

I can't quote everyone who said that I ate alot of sauce because there are too many of you. So I will just make a general reply here.

I consume alot of sauce. Last time I take 1 bowl of sauce for every 2 sticks. So for 25 sticks I need at least 12 bowls. But throughout the years I have improve it to 5 bowls for 25 sticks.

I am totally fine with additional charges for each bowl of sauce but don't you think they should charge a lower fare let's say around RM3-4 instead of RM6-7 given that they serve heated frozen pre-packed satay at RM0.92 every sticks.

I consume a lot of gravy too. If roti canai must banjir. Laksa johor also like a lot of kuah. But yours 2 stick satay to 1 bowl is effing crazy

That was when I was secondary school to high school. Now I am in 30s and got diabetes. So I consume around 6-7 sticks per bowl.

Sudah Ada case control sikit makan lar. Baru Ada Satu tered vendetta87 sudah RIP due to stroke. 30 plus saje.

they used to give u one big bowl of kacang gravy and one small bowl of sambal which u can then scoop into smaller bowls. now they just give u one small bowl with some traces of sambal on it and thats it.

Not to mentioned the kuah is no more pekat like last time where they stick to the meat. now when u celup u can see the kuah sliding off in an instance.

Ts eat satay or eat peanut sauce ?

Satay sauce, I am the king of satay sauce from hj Samuri. Few branches almost ban me lol. Ya some branches do start charging, especially the dengkil r and r one, I had to pay. The hq in stadium kajang one also angry at me . Coz I used the big bowl for whole family one to eat. Refill 8 times for 20 sticks. So including 1st bowl, it's 9 big bowl. I think 1 big bowl is almost 4 or 5 small bowls u all usually use .
Anyway after they sauce usually I too full till fall asleep and can skip next 2 meals. Dun underestimate the sauce calories lol.
Nyuk lan was really good but freaking stingy with sauce, I went with family of 4, so of coz will refill kan. After 5th round, the uncle staring at me d. Haih. How to eat satay with no kuah. Coz I tend to use spoon to eat kuah, so 1 small bowl around 1 stick. So a bit faster than normal person.
Anyway recently damn difficult to refill d so had to resort to buy from them. Usually they pack nicely one I buy according to weight from Samuri, still cheap if u ask me.

right you get what I mean, the first bowl is already little, less than half bowl, 2nd and 3rd refill getting lesser and lesser. only alittle bit. I soak soak soak no more dy.

The bowl used to be bigger.

i don't mind if they reheat the sate but the sate is just lukewarm and dry. funny how the kuah is so much hotter than the sate.

satay hut big size super gooding. Damm good n juicy. good combination of meat and fat/skin. good gravy too.

really miss nyuk lan satay

closed few months back. even saw renovation, dunno what is happening.

still see it closed, wonder what shop/owner coming soon too.

I tapao 20 cucuks big size back to kl. gravy big packet, can still eat it raw after sapu the sate.
