I have been getting this charge issue occasionally even on older models of iPhone and iPad...normally it only happens every now and then..not something too frequent..

I think once your order is ‘shipping delivery’ onwards, you can’t cancel order anymore, they only allow cancel order if you’re at the first approval stage, if yours picked up by courier then lagi they won’t accept your cancellation request..

Yes the cancel button will be there, but once you click on it, you will go through cancel request, and wait a day or two for them to reject or approve the cancel, from my conversation with qoo10 and T&L, once your order shipped out for delivery, then they will not cancel it ...
