Seems like the problem is getting worse, not just intermittently not charging but also screen freeze (charging icon shown) but not actually charging...hmm

The charge issue is not something new though, it has been there for a while (wake screen to charge), hmm but the screen freeze (fake charging) seems to be something new

Yes even my ip7/x and iPad Pro has such issues but it occurs once in a blue moon, maybe once every 2-3 weeks, so it’s no big deal...

Yes I cancelled it about 3 hours after payment, T&L support called me (not qoo10), just to confirm on the cancellation, they didn’t ask reason coz during cancellation there’s a column you need to state the reason. Then click on ‘cancellation order’ to check on status, mine was updated to ‘refunded and completed’ within 2 hours. But they said if shipping delivered then they won’t be able to cancel it...only at early stage they can do it...

I didn’t check with the bank, but T&L said it will be refunded 2-3 weeks, so basically bank will charge u first, then it will be refunded weeks later..

It was a call from 03-2083....not sure if it’s from hk or local but most likely local..

Are u trying to cancel an order btw? They don’t work on Sunday so I’m not sure if works lol

Haha I see, actually it’s easy..do you need dual sim? If yes just get it from T&L, cheaper, and you get it within few days..

If dual sim is not important to you then just wait for MY launch, it’ll be within 2-3 weeks max..

If u buy it from T&L tonight, I think cut off time for cancellation is by tomorrow noon, anything later will be risky coz T&L do things pretty fast...

hmm I think they launched iphone 7 on oct 15..

it says HK set with Malaysia warranty.. so most likely they buy it off apple store HK directly.... the thing is... until now nobody can confirm warranty for iphones xs even from hk apple store can be claimed in Malaysia due to dual sim....
