You have a point there. Might as well get the XS if you could afford it or get an Iphone 8 for that money.
There is no international warranty for iphones. Go through Apple's terms and conditions of the warranty again.

If you are using the Iphone 7, the XS will do just fine. But not if you are using the 7+. I went from the 7+ to the X and I fret the small screen.

Agreed. But we would have this discussion during every new launch of iphones and preferably, lets keep its as per stated on Apple's warranty policy.

yes. you can bring up as many T&C you like.. but the fact is.. Apple do let you claim warranty for Aus set/Hk set for past Iphone..

I also ordered from Mobile2Go. Just got a call from them. They are now offering Sg set which will be available on Sat instead of HK set which will only be available next Tue. Immediately accepted the offer for Sg set.
