I rejected the parcel when Pos Laju delivered to my house. Told the delivery man that I wanted that to be returned to the seller and he was okay with it.
However, when i checked the status on Shopee app, found that it is currently held at the collection point waiting for me to collect due to failed delivery attempt. It's so weird as I have already told the delivery man to return the parcel to seller. So what should I do now in ordee r to get back my money?

It's a mall seller, i have already clicked on cancelling the order before they shipped that out, but seller rejected it and never responded to my chat message despite several follow ups. It's quite an unprofessional seller for a big brand for not responding to my message and solve the problem

No, i rejected right before they shipped out, and before the shipment was even prepared.

I rejected right before it was packed and shipped. There was also an option for me to click cancel order. Somehow seller rejected it without even checking with me. i PM them straight away when they rejected the my cancellation request only to receive no response.

That is Shopee for you. They are profit oriented nowadays do won't be surprised that they wanna charge for this. Actually speaking it should be free.

But i could buy from 5 diff merchants, all 1 sen, none was on flash sales, for 7-8 vouchers on 4th Apr.

As far as i know other user was able to buy max 3 only on that day. So it's just quite strange to me, maybe my account was exempted from this restriction haha

Was having some order return issue and have lodged a case via live chat. Waited few days no updates and their live chat agent was also not helpful at all, and then I called their hotline, was told that CS cannot see any open issue or case under my account because there was a change in their system. LOL epic fail!

I almost needed to cancel one of my orders / deliveries. Thank God it gets delivered this week. Also stuck at SPX sorting station with no movement for a whole week. Even my Lazada order that was made this week gets delivered within 1-2 days and faster than shopee. I hope Lazada will pick up the race with better offers for consumers so that Shopee can zhuplup.

the out of stock was at the domino's site or the shopee site?

I see, I have quite a number harvested from the farm before and couldn't redeem them before. They have now all expired though, I wonder if there is a way for me to use/claim.

For those who were affected by the expire vouchers and domino out of stock issue, see below. You may also want to reach out to the CS to expedite the revalidation as they can be very slow sometimes and you waited for nothing.

Is it very common for shopee express delivery man to just leave the parcel outside of house without trying to ring the bell or call? Even when it's raining? Like how on earth ppl think it's okay for the parcel to be drenched in rainwater......like where's the brain?
