No this is not just pertaining to one seller, a lot of sellers offer similar voucher which is part of the Shopee programme for sellers in Shopee Mall, for eg Nestle, Unilever, P&G etc etc. And its only availavle for use on that day itself.

I guess Shopee has stopped this programme for shopee mall.

There are soooooo many food sold on shopee and they told u its prohibited? They memang pandai bullshit ni. If food is prohibited, then they shouldnt even allow it on the platform even tho it is on buyer's own risk. Its like i allow u to sell and buy food on the platform, and i will take commission out of it, but its prohibited items hence i wont be responsible for any damages, SMH!
Shopee CS has a serious problem inside out, actually is there any authority body that we can complain abt Shopee to? Just like how we will escalate telco issues to MCMC? I find the way they deal with issues is not professional and incompetent at all.

Just realised that when i made the purchases at 12 midnight today, the estimated delivery is around 11 May, then just now i wanted to make more purchases from the same shop, shopee changed all estimated delivery to June LOL ...

Is this happening to u guys too?

This is very unethical. How can they do that to buyer? And i'm not surprised that Shopee is being ignorant on this.

Have you tried chatting or contact both the seller and Shopee management? Shopee management has been very proactive in detecting multi accounts user and banning user accounts, so their system should be very advance to detect if the seller has deliberately changed the orders. Push them hard to investigate this, they should help u on this.

Also, you can always click return and refund since it's not the product u bought.

Have you received the product? If not, u can click Return and Refund. State the reason you have - ie seller delirberately changed product type. Dont do change of mind, this will directly indicate that it's your fault that u wanna change ur mind, when the fact is not so.

Even if u have received the product, you can also click return and refund, provided you have not click 'Order Received' prior.

Another point i can highlight to u is that, since you're saying the seller was using the same picture for different product, maybe you can file a complaint to them and also shopee that they have misled customer by using the incorrect picture? ---> I'm assuming the case is that the picture shown on shopee is not the actual product received, or not the actual product titled on shopee. Worse come to worse, you can always file a consumer complaint to CAP or KPDNHEP.

Has anyone tried to claim and complaint to CS about the incorrect coins given (applied coins cashback voucher) for a purchase orders?

If yes, did you successfully claim back the coins expected?

I was met with a few really dumb CS sending me on merry go round and kept telling me that per their system checking there was no coins cashback voucher applied to my order. But the thing is, from my end i can see that the voucher has already been "Used" (not Expired or Invalid) and i have indeed used it and i can see the coins credited to my account is only half of the coins I expected (i applied the 100% coins cashback btw). and there was only one purchase order on that day.

Something I do not understand abt the free shipping voucher.

It says "RM 0 & RM11 Min Spend Free Shipping". But when my purchase is RM5 (less than RM11), it does not allow me to use unless my purchase is more than RM11. Why is that so? I thought it is RM 0 Min Spend too for using the voucher?
