Have you received the product? If not, u can click Return and Refund. State the reason you have - ie seller delirberately changed product type. Dont do change of mind, this will directly indicate that it's your fault that u wanna change ur mind, when the fact is not so.
Even if u have received the product, you can also click return and refund, provided you have not click 'Order Received' prior.
Another point i can highlight to u is that, since you're saying the seller was using the same picture for different product, maybe you can file a complaint to them and also shopee that they have misled customer by using the incorrect picture? ---> I'm assuming the case is that the picture shown on shopee is not the actual product received, or not the actual product titled on shopee. Worse come to worse, you can always file a consumer complaint to CAP or KPDNHEP.
