Feel free to read others experiences and decide where to shop. My opinion comes from my long-term familiarity with both platforms and seen how they've morphed over the years.

About LEX.. I guess it depends on your delivery guys and area.. Mine? We are on first name basis, they have my number and I theirs.. 2 guys.. Very easy, once either receives a parcel they know it's for my place. They call or sms me to inform beforehand and I tell when I'll be around or if they can toss it gently through the grill if I won't be around. Couple times, even can first mark delivered and later at night they bring for me. Similarly with poslaju, except if no one home to collect, there's an Ezibox less than 500m away that they keep it in. Again, I get an sms with the code and just pick up on my way back. As for customer service? I guess being a longtime high amount spender has its perks cuz not a single issue has gone unresolved. I've even got a direct email and phone line with a manager.. Only had to use it twice over the years cuz veto power and I don't want to abuse it... So yeah, Lzd is much more favorable for me if final prices are similar.

Same here.. Was pleasantly surprised that happened.. Order placed on the 11th, shipped the next day from Johor.. Delivered yesterday in KL.. Sweet! Only way poslaju would have been faster is if it was a within KV pickup and delivery. Even then, Saturdays are tricky for Poslaju in my area.

But hey.. You all don't go choosing J&T Express mkay.. Later overload their workers and delays start happening..
