Guys I wonder why my saved credit card is gone from the apps? Then i tried to add it again & already deducted rm1 for authorization but still cannot pay using card

Why is it in shopee app, when I buy item >35, supposed to get free shipping but I'm quoted shipping fees in the final price? This is the same for all the supposedly free shipping items.

My order is stuck at Pos Laju Shah Alam since 2nd Nov, no movement.

Hi all, my credit card was blocked by Shopee upon checkout (as in picture)...Anybody facing this problem also? Any solution ?? All this while when Shoopee is using iPAY88 i was not facing this problem, until 11/11/2018 when shopee moved to use CyberSource credit card gateway, this problem arised. I do not see anything wrong to use my credit card to pay for my spouse's orders, or my children's orders....But i don't understand why Shopee wants to block me.

I also ran out of free shipping vouchers but luckily my wife, son, daughter, girlfriend, mother, father, grand father, grand mother, MiL and FiL still got a few extra.

Well, some people just do dupes to get round the lack of vouchers, quite unethical if I may say so. I prefer to introduce the world of online shopping to my family. And extended family if need be. And neighbours too.

Storage. For phone. Not recording or something like that.

That's right, 1% cross border charges. The extra charge goes to the bank. Not Shopee. We don't see this when Shopee used Ipay88 payment gateway.
Check with your bank. Some bank do not impose this charge.
