Normally they do their own shopping and add items of interest to their respective carts. I'll do the ordering since I'll put in the effort to look for the best prices, work out the best vouchers or discounts. My credit card so I have to. If I leave it to them, they'll just take the first item that they come across.

Yeah, there's always a cap to common vouchers. I kena before with the MAXIS1024DK voucher.

Even unique vouchers like the ones you buy from Digi or Grab have a cap. It's a cap of 1. You can save it to multiple Shopee accounts. As soon as you use it in one of the accounts, in other words it has reached its cap of 1, it'll be invalidated on the other accounts.

Yeah, Digi RM10 is from the MyDigi app. Both postpaid and prepaid should have it. I just checked. They, RM10 and RM12, are still available.

It's possible. I remember I got an extra shipping voucher on 30/11 after exhausting all my vouchers on 11/11 and stopped any and all purchases thereafter.

It's normal. Ask them to cancel. Cancellation is a bad mark for them. If they say "no stock" then you definitely won't get it already whether the reason is actually "no stock" or not.

No, IMEI is not exposed to apps. But your phone will have a UUID of some sort that they can tell that it's the same phone. You can change that ID by reinstalling your phone (at least on iPhone, Android might have an easier way.)
